02 / Why it is worth it
The cheapest
repair is the
one you skip.
Most breakdowns give warning first — a dirty coil, a weak capacitor, a drain starting to block. A tune-up is where those get caught, while they are still small and while the weather is still mild.
03 / The agreement
Plain terms.
No long contract and no signup fee. The first unit is $19.95 a month and each additional unit is $15 a month.
What does $19.95 a month cover?
One heating tune-up and one cooling tune-up each year for one unit, priority scheduling, a waived service call fee, and 15% off repairs while your membership is active.
Is there a contract?
Membership is month to month. You can cancel at any time by calling or emailing LNL.
Does it cover the cost of repairs?
No. The Comfort Club covers scheduled maintenance. If a repair is needed there is no service call fee to come out, and the repair itself is quoted separately with 15% off for members.
I have more than one unit. What then?
The $19.95 covers your first unit. Each additional unit is $15 a month and receives the same tune-ups, priority scheduling and member pricing. Call LNL to set up the units in your home.
